Brookdale Vennikulum was an excellent, secure, and safe place to stay . The host is very friendly and accommodating. Probably one of the nicest furnished flats available in the area.

The place was quite spacious and well maintained. It’s a minute walk to the beach, and I must say that this beach is extremely pretty and secluded. The terrace has a good view of the Arabian Sea and there’s a porch too to enjoy the view during sunset. There were kitchen items also available, which made my parents extremely happy as it allowed us to make breakfast. However, the water jar only had 5 ltrs of water which can improved in the future. Overall, the experience at this beautiful place was mesmerising and memorable.

The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

Check in was very easy, nice location walkable distance to church and town Host Jin and Smitha are very helpful,highly recommend this place,we will come back in our next visit to Kerala.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy. . Highly Recommended! Staying at Jaya Ma'am’s place was a delight! The location was fantastic, the space was spotless, and the amenities were more than sufficient. Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. He also recommended few of the tourists spots we could visit nearby which really helped us. Thank you for hosting us Emil..!! It was a great stay..!!

We booked this place for a quite vacation and this place was just that. Though in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and deliveries, it was a very quite and serene place. Just like pictures, the house is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities. A great plus is the parking space and the privacy of having the whole house to yourself. The host was responsive and was very helpful during our stay. Clear directions were provided to the house and any questions were addressed asap. I would definitely recommend this place for a quite get away or for a family who wants to stay at the heart of the city with peace and quite. I'm looking to coming back here as this place is a gem.
