The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

The cottage is located on the shores of Kivijärvi Lake. Here you can enjoy the beauty of the Finnish nature and overlooking the lake, which opens through panoramic windows from the house terraces. It will be very interesting for fishers to stay in these places, as the lake Kivijärvi is known for its good catches of pike-perch and perch.
