Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kyoto

We had a great stay. The property was clean, cozy and spacious. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The location was a bit far from the train station, but there were bus stops and convenirnce stores nearby.

I was very satisfied with the facilities and room space. I want to use it again.

The host was very welcoming. He picked us up at the bus stop and offered us snacks. The location is not far from the bus stops. So it can be accepted even it is far from the downtown. Very cost-effective.

Yoshimi was such a wonderful host! She met me even when i had a late check in. She was SO welcoming and friendly, recommended great restaurants, and helped me out with local transportation around Kyoto and Osaka airport! Loved the location, perfect distance to everything! She was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns that i had too

Location was short distance from the station & quiet, with lots of things to see and restaurants to eat in. Room itself was perfect for us 2, even staying for 5 nights, very clean & had everything we needed. Host was super friendly and even gave a great restaurant recommendation which we really enjoyed! Junko’s husband Masami is the one replies and checks you in. He is a very kind man who has been really supportive and responsive every time I needed something. Every time you ask him something he does not fail to provide. He gave me great local recommendations. Even though the place is a bit far from the main subway, the place was great and very clean. We really enjoyed Tg's home. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The house was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The Japanese bath was very nice after long cold days exploring. There are good restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood and home were very peaceful and quiet. Tg met us for check-in and was very helpful.

It is really a great homestay, my friends and I are very happy, it is really convenient for travelers who want to cook, and the utensils are fully equipped!Both were able to wash at the same time while taking a shower, the hot water was stable, and the host responded instantly with any questions, highly recommended!

I used it for a long time to reunite with a friend of mine as a student. During the cold season in February, there were also toddlers and puppies, so I chose this accommodation to be able to enjoy it indoors. As described, the fireplace, bedrock bath, karaoke, and indoor activities were full, and we had a good time.The living room was also relaxing and chatting anywhere in a relaxing space that felt the warmth of the trees. Thank you!We would like to use it again.

Very friendly and helpful host. The accomodation was exactly as advertised and was a great location to relax and experience traditional Japanese ryokan. Our host kindly provided daily breakfasts as well as transport to the nearest train stations. Highly recommend for future guests.

The location of the house is very convenient.The host was very warm and thoughtful, greeted us at the door, and told us how to use all the facilities and precautions in the room, and also provided coffee, snacks, milk, bread, eggs, juice for us to use, all the rooms were clean and hygienic, and there was plenty of hot water. In summary, it was very satisfactory.

The space with art and crafts was comfortable, and we enjoyed music such as records and cassettes.It was not available this time because of the rain, but there is also a wood-burning fireplace and bonfire space, and we want to use it again.

This was our favorite house during our travels through Japan, beautiful traditional Japanese home.
