The villa is top-notch and elegant, offering any amenity we needed. Its vast agricultural background, along with features like a sauna and indoor swimming pool, make it stand out as one of the finest residences I've visited. However, addressing issues related to water supply and hot water interruptions during winter would make it the perfect villa in this area.

excellent base to visit the Buranatoren and make a day trip. To lake Kol Tor..Tokmok has a pleasant neighborhood to eat something in the evening as well as a department store Globus in a 10-minute walk. The operators are super friendly and are happy to take you to the Buranatoren or Konorcheckcanyon for a fee (1 hour drive). You can get a dinner for a fee. Choice of a menu. We would go back there!
