While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Villa Ocean Blue. Ocean & Mountain Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.
