The places was clean and had a lot of great amenities.

I went with my children's parents, so it was nice to be secluded in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient because the two army stations were close by. She says she had the most memorable trip at the accommodation.

The accommodation was very clean and nice. It's spacious and has a kitchen, so it's great for friends or family trips.

This accommodation is in all aspects of the location, space, and facilities. I was satisfied. It's around the station, but it's not very noisy, and the next door is an office that commutes to work, so it was always quiet at night. There were a lot of stairs, but it was safe to leave the child in the room, and when the baby slept, they could have a late-night snack on the first floor. The spaces were clean and well-equipped with vacuum cleaners and laundry dryers, so it was as convenient as being at home. The friendly host provided a variety of information before the trip and responded quickly. Check-in and checkout were really easy, and with the baby It's a place I definitely want to go back to.

It was a small, but very nice and cozy place, well equipped too. Location-wise, it could be better, as it's a bit of commuting if you go to centric places like Tenjin or Hakata, but the Fujisaki subway station is pretty close at least. Busses are easy to take too. The neighborhood is nice and calm, with easy access to convenience stores and supermarkets. The host is very kind and would provide almost instant answers to any questions I had, on top of a detailed guidebook with places to visit nearby. Top notch host. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend this place.

Ube wasn't initially on my radar as a destination, I'm just bike-packing across Japan and decided to stop here for a night, I wish I had time to stay longer though, the host seemed fun to chill with and I assume wouldn't mind showing us around Ube if requested ahead of time. He also provided many local recommendations to eat at, even at the next location on my journey. If you're ever in Ube and want to chill with a local in a quiet part of town, this spot is your go-to accomodation. They even woke up early to see me off, 7AM early.

I had a really great stay. The room was incredibly clean, it was clear that a lot of care had gone into keeping everything tidy. The tatami room was my favorite, a calm and relaxing place with a pleasant, natural scent. We watched movies on a projector, which was such a lovely way to spend the evening. I appreciated all the small, thoughtful touches throughout the space. It had a calm atmosphere that really reminded me of the best parts of Japanese hospitality. I'd definitely stay here again.

This house is right by the water with beautiful pine trees and a nice deck to enjoy the views. I wish the weather was warmer - we would’ve loved relaxing on the deck! The projector was a fun addition to the house and we loved the decor. It felt so nice. We are doing a road trip and staying in multiple locations, so having a dryer as well as a washer was a bonus. We loved staying here! The only thing I would caution - if our boys were a bit younger, we may have been nervous about the stairs - so just consider if your littles can handle it or not. :) We would’ve loved staying longer!

This is my second time staying here and it'll always be my top choice when I'm in the area :) The house is clean and cozy and the surrounding area is so peaceful, quiet, and dreamy. Everything is beautiful and I feel so relaxed staying here. There was a big storm the last time I stayed, but the patio is fully covered, so I got to sit outside and sip my coffee while listening to and watching the rain. The bathroom and kitchen are so well-stocked -- I haven't cooked here but the kitchen makes me want to! John is also a fantastic host who is so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you have a chance!

Despite the inconvenience caused by this mistake, we were flexible and able to make our trip safely. Thank you again for everything. The host was always responsive to booking and checking out, and they were able to use it with peace of mind. Regarding the accommodation, it is well equipped, clean, and full of hospitality with welcome drinks and sweets. The source spring was also of good quality, which was very pleasant. The♨️ skin was also smooth! It is recommended because the Obama Champon sashimi, which is in the back of the parking lot, is very delicious. It is crowded, so I think it is good to go early. You can walk around Ohama Onsen Town on foot, so it was great to be able to enjoy the calm atmosphere while walking along the sea!

This was a great stay with a lot of space and a lot in the area.

The house is very nice with an elegant decoration. Beppu Bay panoramic view Onsen is a must. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to the city and everything is easy to access, but the car is a must.

The message was quick to respond, well equipped, and we had a pleasant time!
