Authentic stone house nestled in the heart of a 5000 m² enclosed and private park. Enjoy a large swimming pool with no one in sight for relaxing moments. On the south side, a semi-covered terrace leads to a cozy living room and a spacious kitchen with dining area. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is not renovated) and an office. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Located in a peaceful area, ideal for exploring the surrounding trails.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS HEATED POOL from May 1st to September 30th 1 hour from the Ardèche or Vercors gorges. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, town of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provençal landscapes, roads lined with lavender.
