The cottage is in a secluded location 5 km from all amenities. It is close to family-friendly activities (walks by a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks), 5 minutes from O'Gliss Park), go-karting, the sea nearby (20 minutes), ideal for surfing and sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You will appreciate my accommodation for its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
