Nice studio located 90 metres from a cove with sea access on foot. It is totally independent with its garden and terrace. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space adjacent to the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

The entrance to the villa is framed by two green shutters, offering access to a spacious patio area. An olive tree and potted plant add greenery to the gravel path, while natural sunlight filters through the outdoor space.
