House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live on the property, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and have no overlooking neighbours. Very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (petanque, basketball, football, zip line, trampoline, swing, play castle, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.
