Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Village house with gardens

Small independent house at the top of a suburb, quiet, with inner courtyard and gardens... The place is ideal for recharging for families or groups of friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail departs in front of the house and can drive to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered nearby, we will be able to inform you with pleasure! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

Relaxing break in Vercors

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the pedestrian street in the center of the village, you will have access to the ski slopes by a free shuttle 100 m from the apartment. You can also enjoy all the village amenities on foot: shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, casino. The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Located in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, 2 steps from the largest natural biological reserve of France of the Highlands, Touria and Nicolas, welcome you, in a beautiful setting, whose fauna and flora are preserved. The wild beauty of the Highlands in the South Vercors awaits you! A traditional sauna has been set up in the ecogiite for your relaxation. A 2-hour session is offered. The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

La Tiny is located on our land in the Vercors, between forest, meadows and streams. It has an outdoor dry toilet, shower, stovetop, and a small fridge. Bedding and bath towels are not provided.
