Located 1.5 kilometres from the village of Cormeilles, it is a typical Norman property in the countryside. You can enjoy the view of the horses, many hikes and all the comfort of a new house in peace. Each room has a bathroom and each has its own toilet. The gîte is on one level but not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Maison Martigny – Normandy countryside

We were already in love with this area, with our fisherman's house in Trouville-sur-Mer. But we wanted more space for our children, and more greenery. We fell in love with this Norman house that was "in its element". We did a lot of layout and decoration work, to make this place a charming and pleasant little cocoon: to feel good there. It's a perfect place to spend time for families or groups of friends.
