This fully equipped studio overlooks a large swimming pool (heated from 5 am to 9 am) and is ideally located near exit 30 of the A6 (you can hear the cars a little), shops, a cinema, restaurants and the pretty Lac des Sablons, between Lyon and Mâcon, 5 minutes from the Beaujolais vineyards. You'll feel at home with 750 m2 of land. Independent house from 1634 renovated with respect for old materials, the place is ideal for a break or to visit our region. Located 40 minutes from Lyon, 15 minutes from the highway exits (A6) between Belleville and Mâcon Sud. You will share with us the tranquility of the place, the wooded park and the swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather (7 m x 12 m, unheated). The old and very wide walls provide welcome natural air conditioning in summer!

The accommodation is new (March 2023), reversible air conditioning and professional quality bedding. Upstairs, there is a bedroom (without a door). During the summer period you can enjoy the swimming pool from June to August and its large terrace. The residence consists of 3 apartments with a private terrace.
