It is at the meeting point of the Château de Mimont on the side of the mountain that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) with exceptional views, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that is different from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Located in a peaceful setting, 15 min from Avord Air Base and halfway between Bourges Nevers and Sancerre. Composed of 3 bright bedrooms including 1 with bathroom, a large living room, wifi, a washing machine, a fitted kitchen. Outside, a large space to enjoy the landscape. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
