Independent accommodation with stone walls and a private balcony. This quiet and mythical place in the heart of the old town is located on the banks of the Loire and close to vineyards such as: Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire... About 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
