It is on the first and top floor WITHOUT elevator elevator (15 steps).

Very quiet apartment overlooking an inner courtyard and bright. It is close to all shops, supermarket, historic city center, boat departure to the calanques at 20 meters because the building is itself 20 meters from the old port. Given its location in the city centre, access is pedestrian. In addition, every Sunday there is the market at the port of La Ciotat. This should be taken into account for your trips 😊😉

Joli T2 de 25 m2 au 1er étage ( sans ascenseur ) avec coin couchage séparé , espace très bien optimisé. Rénové de juin à août 2019. Déco pleine de caractère avec tomettes au sol d’origine, carreaux ciment dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, carreaux marocains dans la salle de bain. Emplacement idéal, centre ville historique face au Café de l’horloge ouvert 7/7. Literie de qualité, matériaux méditerranéens.
