This cozy apartment, Los Almendros, sleeps up to 5 people. It is part of a group of rural apartments located in the same building: Los Olivos, sleeps 3, and Lo Raconet, sleeps 2. The apartment has one double bedroom (beds can be made up together or separately), another triple bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living-dining room with a corner terrace offering incredible views. Our apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In addition to the apartment, you can enjoy our patio with a barbecue and our cool wine cellar. Our accommodation is located in a quiet village in Bajo Aragón, between the Maestrazgo and Matarraña regions of Teruel. The town has a municipal swimming pool, supermarket, butcher, bars, and pharmacy. La Codoñera is located 16 km from Alcañiz.

The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.

Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

The village festivals are the first weekend of August or the end of July. 1h 30min/beach - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/toddler we use the main suite 1/ask.
