La propiedad cuenta con árboles frutales (limón, aguacate, etc.) y plantas medicinales (mastranto, hierba de limón), los cuales se pueden usar durante la estadía. La casa dispone de cocina equipada, comedor, habitación con baño privado y un rancho para hacer BBQ, rodeada de jardín y espacios para disfrutar al aire libre.
