Leave your luggage in this space with a flea market vibe and set off to explore the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to the nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with a dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi (fibre). Decor sourced from the Puces de Lyon flea market. Coffee, tea and herbal teas are available.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

My apartment in GERLAND I

Spacious apartment (95 m2), on the 2nd floor of 4, with 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a 2nd bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet. Fully-equipped US kitchen. The furnished and equipped living room offers access to the balcony as well as a sofa bed for an extra bed in 160 x 200. Located in Lyon Gerland, 2 steps from the landscaped banks of the Rhône, 15 min walk from the Confluence Museum, 25 min walk from the central square of Bellecour and with TCL network (metro B, Tram T1) within 1 km.

Charming and very typical "old Lyon" 55 square meters flat (1 bedroom ) with private patio (added 18m2 patio) in St Georges, nearby Saint jean (historical Lyon center / Unesco). Our flat is just nearby Saint Jean in St Georges : 4 mn walk to the subway station Vieux lyon and Funicular to Fourviere Cathedral. Come and visit old Lyon just walking into the "Traboule" and historical city center : We are located just into the historic district included on the list of Unesco World Heritage Site.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).

Welcome to our home! We invite you to stay in our charming townhouse with terrace and small garden that we have renovated and decorated according to our findings. This atypical accommodation is close to the confluence of the Rhône and Saône and the Gerland business district. Public transport to reach Lyon Presqu'île in 10 minutes. Uncovered parking space in the yard at your disposal. Close to A7 highway.

Our 1930s house, in a small private cul-de-sac, is next to Place du Point du Jour, its local shops and public transportation. Allow 15 minutes by bus to reach the heart of Lyon. The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
