The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Situé à même la Place Bellecour ou de nombreuses festivités ont lieu, vous trouverez cet appartement coquet de 47m2 dans un immeuble, de haut standing très sécurisé, plein de charme. Il est très calme et reposant. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un joli séjour lumineux, d'une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau. Une terrasse de 6m2 vient embellir celui-ci. Une chambre avec sa salle de bain (WC séparé) viendront compléter ce bel appartement.

The countryside in the city. Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Hall, perched on the heights of Old Lyon, our house is a green gem in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).

It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
