In an old village, surrounded by nature, the place is extremely quiet. 10 minutes from all amenities, close to charming villages such as Mirmande and Marsanne. 10 minutes from Montélimar, 5 minutes from the exit of A7 Montélimar Nord and 45 minutes from the Gorges de l 'Ardèche. You will have access to an independent bedroom, with shower room and toilet. Upstairs (access from outside) a living room, sofa bed, kitchen + a second bedroom. Pool 7x4, not overlooked.
