Thank you, thank you, thank you Helen💫 We stayed for 5 weeks at Helen's 3rd floor unit and absolutely loved every minute of it! The gated compound was kept in pristine, beautiful condition. It was a peaceful, serene place to spend time. The pool was amazing - always clean and refreshing. The 3rd floor unit is a 1 bedroom and has plenty of space for a couple. The bed is quite large, king size, and the shower has a ton of room! Lot's of closet and drawer space. We used the kitchen daily and Helen has provided a well stocked one. We never had to ask for anything, it was already there😊 All appliances worked perfectly (fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc, etc). Helen has detailed instructions in the unit for things like garbage days (where and when), how to use the washing machine and running the TV - all must needed info for a longer stay. The balcony was very spacious. We would have our morning coffee there and watch the hummingbirds💕 We would definitely return!

Small place but very comfortable. With all necessary for our stay. Very clean and safe. Hosts are always very friendly and ready to help. Note for potential guests of the 3rd age or with reduced mobility: there are steps with a little high bead. We had a very nice!

Excellent place to stay, it is very clean and very cozy, it is not so close to the beaches but if you bring a car it is a great option to stay, in addition Bere is always very attentive with us 10 of 10 in all aspects

Great, secure-feeling spot down at the less-crowded end of the beach. Jesús was helpful and responsive at check-in, which helped us feel better after dealing with public parking at the park across the plaza. Excellent food choices nearby, good access to the national park, and a good stay overall.

I highly recommend this place. We had a great experience. It is in a quiet area but close to places to eat and the beach (by car or taxi) The host was very nice and quick to respond to all our questions. Another thing we love is that it's Pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It's as described. Both the apartment and the common areas very nice. equipped with everything necessary. The only thing uncomfortable would be the bus with music that runs constantly in the evenings until about midnight, but it's something that escapes the control of the building. Parking is street parking but we didn't struggle at all in finding a place to park. We look forward to coming back!!

Nice place and well located , but it lacks modernization , the TVs were obsolete they did not connect to wifi and could not even be used for YouTube consider that if they are one of those who like to watch digital platforms I just TV at some point of the day, the air conditioning is very noisy, the equipment is old and it is uncomfortable to sleep with the noise but if it is turned off and you can sleep in the heat , consider it, everything else is excellent, very equipped kitchen if you can have a good stay even long ... just consider what has been written above

great host lovely clean space with wonderful bathroom kitchen balcony. walkable to santa cruz beach. beach towels and salt pepper were there too. air con really welcome.

I loved the place, I would definitely come back!. Very good location of the condominium, quite privacy, the access to the beach I loved it. If I had to leave a suggestion, it would just be as far as the gym in the complex, I had the idea of doing some exercise but it was very basic, a walker would be great. Julián was always available, there was a problem with the light, but well that is already totally out of reach, still it was pending and letting us know how the situation was going. Thank you!

Just like at home Huatulco is a place to visit and be out during the day so the important thing is to return to a clean and nice place and have the option to have a drink at night or at breakfast and organize your day according to your own pace. This was the place for us, nice, pretty just what we needed and the attention of 10, ready to go back!

We love this place, clean, ample, beautiful, tidy and very exclusive. We really enjoyed the pool. It has parking. It is a complex of apartments very well distributed and elegant. The washing machine is something my wife really appreciated. We highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first trip to the coast of Oaxaca and I wasn’t sure what to expect after exhausting ourselves for weeks staring at photos of literally every place and beach from Puerto to Huatulco and in the end couldn’t be more happy having gone with Erins place and the surrounding Crucecita area. The unit itself was impeccable and had all the amenities we didn’t think we needed until we had them. The balconies and the terrace are super private and couldn’t help but notice the entire design and layout of the condos is very thoughtfully designed offering each unit complete privacy in their given outdoor areas and aesthetically very pleasing design. We had amazing views from each room and spent each night grilling up on the terrace . Tamara who helped us settle in and connected us throughout our stay with anything we needed was a gem. Our favorite beach El Tejon which is totally empty and natural with perfect turquoise water is a walk from the place. Bahia Chahue which is just outside the property ( and the bay waters you view from the unit) weirdly don’t come up on the list of some of the top beaches in then area but it was our second favorite beach. We travelled up north to Mazunte/ Zipolite beaches for the day and confirmed we had made the right choice. Short walk to the best grocery and town of Crucecita and Santa Cruz. We were so sad to leave and already planning the next trip back and hope to stay here again!

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return. The host: Sharon is a wonderful host. She promptly responded to our inquiries and checked in to see if we needed anything before and during our stay. We felt she was genuinely interested in ensuring things went smoothly for us and that we were comfortable in her condo. We appreciated her recommendations - from drivers to restaurants to excursions - and we took advantage of several of them. The condo: Sharon's unit is ideally located - not too far up the hill and with a full view of the ocean. You. Will. Love....looking at the scenery and cooling off in the plunge pool on the balcony. The resort: This resort is built on a cliff and there is considerable walking up and down hills. We are both 65+ and able-bodied, so we managed the hills. Ladies: wear flats!! The water is generally not swimmable due to waves and undertow, but there are several incredible beaches within a 15-minute drive and the pool is huge and great for cooling off. There are 3-4 good restaurants nearby.
