It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will love my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness, with the sound of the sea too!

Bright duplex of 30 m2 with mezzanine, quiet residence with swimming pool open from May to September . Ideal for 2 people and a child. Two minutes walk to the port of Saint Martin Fully equipped kitchen. Attention, linen is not provided. Linen rental at a low price offered. No Wi-Fi equipment. The apartment is fully disinfected after each rental . On the other hand, guests are asked to leave the apartment clean because there is no cleaning fee.

Close to harbor, restaurants, shops and the beach. You will have a terrace of 18 m2 and private parking. You will be greeted by the owners who live on the island, and who will be at your disposal. For our friends the animals welcome with permission from the owner.

Short Break

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different homes. The Hot Tub is accessible all year round by reservation only and under several conditions.
