The area is home to Center Parcs and Beauval Zoo, castles, ffe. hiking path nearby , pond for fisherman 300m away and to walk around. Sologne by bike starting from the village. New 2025 the cottage is air-conditioned on the ground floor. the floor only 1 bathroom not air-conditioned

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

In Neuteau, you will not find standardised furniture or objects without history. Each piece has been hunted for, sanded, repainted, with care — and above all, with the heart. We thought of this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, in our image. We put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a yours for a while. For your safety, the exteriors of the houses are under video surveillance.
