The well-equipped kitchen will delight food lovers. With 3 bedrooms, a lounge area to relax and a fiber connection in the office area, our home is ideal for work and leisure. Outside, enjoy a large 800 m2 garden with a bocce ball court, swimming pool and views of the fields!

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
