32 m² studio in the very centre of Orléans in a pedestrian street in the Old Town. It provides walking access to beautiful walks along the banks of the Loire, to a visit to our city through its history, and to local shops. Studio equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. We accept pets that respect the accommodation 😉. Bed linen, towels, a tea towel and cleaning are included in the rental. You will check in using a lockbox.

Orléans city centre and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path nearby). Zenith and Co'Met are within walking distance.
