A very nice little friends house

A very nice little friends house 60 m2 all new,3 rooms,is separated from the main house and situated in a agricultural property in which we live and cultivate ours roses.Our friends house is situated in the country on a sunny hill with the panoramic view of the sea 2 km from typical"provence village" La Gaude near the town Cagne sur Mer(10min) airport(15 min),Nice(20min),Cannes(30min),Monaco and Italy(30min) and 1 hour from ski station Isola.Buses are at 500m of your house.Our friends house is situated in a very quiet district and has 2 bedrooms,one bathroom,a living room with wifi,tv satellite,a US kitchen with all you need.You can be 5 persons.A bed for baby is possible.You have also terrace 35 m2 and barbecue,private parking.You can contact me for more information,please

An atypical, quiet, 3-bedroom detached house in a secure estate close to the famous artists' village (1.5 km) with access to the estate's swimming pool. Composed of 2 bedrooms (queen size bed) with bathroom or shower room, 2 toilets, separate kitchen, large living room with sleeping space for 2 people, internal staircase, terraces with village and sea views, garden, 3 parking spaces. Air conditioning, electric car terminal, shared swimming pool. In August 1962, Montand and Signoret stayed at the Piol, an annex of the Colombe d'Or. Artistic heritage!!
