"Casa Xuacu" to discover Asturias VUT.2203.AS.

The accommodation is very spacious and cozy. It is renovated trying to give it a new and functional air, but without losing its vintage essence. It has a large kitchen-living room, in the same room, which makes it very cozy; two bedrooms with very different atmospheres, bathroom with shower. We have a patio with a porch, in which we have a seating area for socializing, and a dining room. Important Information: The Wifi has a speed of 600 megabytes upload and download, the speed is symmetrical.

This spacious, 2 bdrm apartment with gorgeous views is right on the edge of the old town; the cathedral & the old El Fontan market are just 4 mins walk away. There's a terrace, a small bonus room with single bed if a third bedroom is needed, free wifi, laundry & smart TV.(*Please note it's on a 3rd floor with no elevator). Limited free street parking is possible in our neighbourhood or there is a large and parking building 3 minutes walk from the apartment for €7-€12/day or around €130/month .

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! Situada en la Cuenca del Nalón cerca de la reserva natural de Redes y de múltiples rutas de montaña. A 40 min de Oviedo, Gijón y varias playas. En el exterior de la casa se puede disfrutar de una amplia terraza, ideal para descansar disfrutando de unas vistas maravillosas. En la finca anexa a la casa, reservada a los propietarios, hay un "minibotánico" que se podrá visitar en compañía de ellos.

Relax in Somiedo

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.
