Le Marais Bleu. Island of nature in the heart of the Breton Vendée marshes, between land and sea, come and spend an exceptional stay in our large family home. As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

A spacious living area is illuminated by natural light from large sliding doors, offering views of a garden. The room features modern furnishings, including a flat-screen TV, a cozy seating arrangement, and a coffee table with a geometric design. A fireplace adds warmth to the space.

Very warm, clean and comfortable space with southwest terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes. Flexibility of dates, don't hesitate to call me. The rate can be adjusted based on the number of rental days.
