Located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval construction site of Guédelon (30 minutes walk by a nice path through the forest/ 5 minutes drive), the former farm of the Martins is nestled in the heart of nature in the heart of the Puisaye, land of water, greenery and forest. It is a typical Poyaudine construction all in purple sandstone and ochre coated. In one of the buildings, a cottage welcomes lovers of calm and unspoilt nature. Family welcome. Ping pong. Beautiful home in Burgundy (Puisaye) – 2 hours from Paris

Beautiful 15th century house completely renovated, 460 m2 for 15 people (6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 WC) with swimming pool (9.3m*4m*1.45 m) heated and secured by electric curtain (open at the end of April to mid-October). Ideal to meet with family or friends. Rated 3 stars. As the house is located in the middle of the village, it is imperative that you respect the neighborhood. Outdoor music, evening/night noise are not possible. Great place to visit Burgundy and Puisaye.

It is located 8km from the medieval construction site of Guédelon. 6km to St Sauveur en Puisaye where the Colette house and museum is located. 15 km from Saint Fargeau, its castle and show and the Bourdon reservoir for swimming. 12km from St Amand and its pottery. Large bedroom and sofa bed in the main room. We do not wish to receive smoking and pets.
