Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Our house is 1 hour from Mont-Saint-Michel. 30 minutes from the beaches of Coutainville, 40 minutes from the beaches of Omaha Beach. The house has two bedrooms (queen size beds 160 x 200 cm). Renovated old mill, the accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet, ideal for relaxing on your own or as a couple. The place is fully equipped. Kitchen on the ground floor, TV lounge on the first floor, and bedroom bathroom ,( bathtub) on the second. If you are coming with friends, you can book the guest room right next to the mill. This room is self-contained, comfortable and has its own entrance.
