You will be close to everything San Diego has to offer in our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Family-friendly fully-gated yard with playset, mini putting green, games and seating area. Crib, changing pad, pack and play, 2 high chairs, child baths and dinnerware. Have a relaxing and fun time with multiple indoor games, large living room and bedroom smart TVs. Fast wifi, separate office space with desk, central heat/AC for comfort, W/D, 2 car driveway, lux bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.

Boasting 2,800 sq. feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths chefs kitchen with spacious great room,, fireplace, BBQ and an expansive roof-top deck for dining or watching the sunset.

Great location with just 400 steps to the famous La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location and the 1st floor easy access. Patio. Full kitchen. Stacked washer and dryer. Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches

La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

On the edge of the Pacific ocean, this Suite offers 600 sq. ft patio and 234 sq. ft inside. Tide pools and stony beach about 100' away. Bluffs are too dangerous for kids under 8, spa, dining table & some cooking but absolutely NO FOOD SCRAPS down the drains, use the garbage can for food waste, coffee grounds in plants. Beach access from park, sandy beach 1/4 mile away. En suite/king bed with espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan & dishes. Two umbrellas, private, romantic.

Charming 1937 home in the walking district of downtown La Jolla. With a walking score of 98, our place has the beach (12 min walk), shops (5 min walk), San Diego’s best restaurants (5 min walk), and more-- just blocks away. The entire home is yours, but please respect the house rules and neighbors. It sleeps 5 between two bedrooms and a day bed in the living room. Free parking available: 2 car driveway, and street parking. A large, enclosed yard surrounds the house on all sides.
