This private villa is situated in an exclusive and peaceful residential area, the Puerto Azul estate, right next to the village of Tarajalejo, where you’ll find all kinds of amenities and the beach. The accommodation is a great base for spending the day on the beaches of Costa Calma, La Pared – best known for surfing, with schools offering lessons – or the wonderful Sotavento, with over 20 km of beach perfect for long walks and swimming, and also featuring windsurfing and kitesurfing schools.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The beach house

Spacious house, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom,a toilet, living room, kitchen and a large terrace where you can enjoy the ocean views and where you can have a pleasant time to relax. The house is in a quiet area just a few meters from the beach. Nearby we can find several restaurants where you can taste the typical food of the area or of international character. A few minutes walk from home you will find a supermarket and a pharmacy. 2 km away is the Oasis Park Zoo.....
