Close to the Alfredo Krauss Auditorium and the CC Las Arenas, in Guanarteme, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
What guests are saying:“Excellent and comfortable, the details make the difference: Ana left us breakfast and wafers in the room, there were sunscreens and everything needed for the beach, oil salt etc. in single bags and perfect cleaning. You can see that the environment is well cared for and managed! The house is not in the center of Las Palmas, but within walking distance there are places to eat and a nice walk on the beach, a shopping center and parking which costs € 2.50 per 24h which is much cheaper than those in the center, so if you travel by car it is perfect as a base, and I also noticed that the bus stop is very close. Great value for Money!”

Gustavo is always reachable and attentive by WhatsApp. He gave us lots of interesting information in real time! It is possible to rent a parking space at a very reasonable rate which is really close to the apartment which is very convenient because parking is not easy in this area. The reception was very flexible and facilitated by key boxes! No schedule constraints, which suited us well! Several little touches upon arrival, lots of tourist information available, apartment equipment ok! We can really cook. An address to really advise !!!”
