Bright Home In Gran Canaria, 10mins from the Beach

Bright and modern apartment in the city centre. Alcaravaneras beach is 3 minutes by walk, Las Canteras beach is 10 minutes by walk from the home. The home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with all brand new amenities and furnitures. In the neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need, shops such as Zara and El Corte Inglés, shopping centre, several restaurants (Japanese, Italian and Spanish), bars, supermarkets and the local market all within walking distance.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Bedroom with hotel-style 1x2 m beds, equipped kitchen, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and two 55” Smart TVs.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
