Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

Distance: 15mn from Evreux, 10mn from Louviers - exit A13, 40mn from Rouen and 1 hour from Paris.

Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
