Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Alexandra & Simba's Home

Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at the level of the bedroom at 1.70 m.

La Bergerie gîte, heated pool,

Converted from an old sheepfold, located in the middle of the Bourbonnais wooded countryside with unobstructed views of the countryside. Peaceful place. Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher) open to the living room. Living room (TV), Rapido sofa (2 pers.). Mezzanine with a sleeping area (2 pers.), a bedroom (2 pers. bed), air-conditioned ground floor. extra and on request: bed linen, towels, house linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Free Wi-Fi.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peace and nature in The Morvan

Au cœur du parc naturel du Morvan, cette maison de campagne lumineuse et paisible est entourée de prés où paissent les vaches. La maison est idéale pour un séjour au calme ou du télétravail. Exposée plein sud, elle reste fraîche l’été et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines. Le jardin privé permet de profiter pleinement de la campagne : repas en plein air, hamacs sous les pommiers et longues soirées à regarder les étoiles. Des oeufs frais vous attendent tous les matins.

Charming house (air-conditioned)

Very nice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children (but not suitable for more than 2 workers). Charming and warm house, with 400 m2 of garden, very quiet despite its location in the center of the village of "la Machine", an old mining town located 5 km from St Léger des Vignes and Decize and 1/2 hour from Moulin and Nevers. Small cozy nest, ideal for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Bicycles, petanque, BBQ, hammocks are at your disposal to enhance your stay.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Paraize Castle

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

relaxation and tranquility

25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

On the banks of the Nivernais Canal.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.
