Located within the Piras Village, unique for its private descent to the sea, equipped with a convenient outdoor shower with hot water. The front veranda is equipped with a table, sofas and a barbecue. Ideal and comfortable house for family vacations by the sea or for a group of friends. The descent to the sea with a cart will also allow you to enjoy a swim at any time of the day.

In an oasis of greenery at a stone's throw from the sea, villa in a luxuriant complex with beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, beach and private harbour. Air conditioning, WIFI, BBQ. I started this experience in the summer of 2017 and am very pleased with the appreciation I received from guests.

The little red house

Fishermann's house built at the beginning of 1900. It is in the historical centre of La Maddalena, in a quiet street. The house has been completely restructured in 2017. In 2 minutes' walk you can easily reach shops and restaurants. Car parking is available nearby. Self check-in is now available (more flexibility for the guests)

For rent: apartment in central area, fully air-conditioned, equipped with spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Parking in a private garage (for small cars) or alternatively on the street. The house has been recently refurbished. Linen can be changed for a surcharge of €40.

Our lovely apartment is surrounded by greenery in a small village between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo with a swimming pool open from May 1 to October 15. Quiet for families and centrally located among the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda for a vacation not far from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia.
