The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, it is equipped with every comfort, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a comfortable double bed, TV, WiFi, air conditioning completed by a balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washing machine and dryer. It is sanitized with a special machine.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
