Nice place, the house is in a very quiet area, take into consideration that there are mosquitoes and flies typical of the area. Carry repellents. But everything else is very compliant with all the service, it's a house we would return to without hesitation.

Beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor area to spend time with family and friends. Unfortunately, pool bathroom wasn’t 💯 operational but Ricardo’s was on top of it and responsive. Great times. !

This is a beautifully appointed apartment with many modern touches. Staying here feels like staying in a high end hotel, but with more space! jJust be warned that there is no AC, so the inside can get a bit warm. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout the unit. Also know that this apartment building is in a very happening part of Lima, so you will likely hear some noise from the streets - there is no driving in Lima without honking! Finally, I should mention three stand-out features of this unit that greatly enhanced my stay 1. Piero: he was a kind, responsive, and proactive host who took care of my every question and request 2. The in-unit laundry machine: this made my longer stay in the hot weather much easier to manage. Sweaty clothes became clean while I was out exploring the city 3. The rooftop pool. Going for a sunset swim was a highlight of my stay If you can handle a little heat and noise from the street, there is no better place to stay in Lima!

This residence was extremely comfortable and spacious. The private rooftop area along with a large jacuzzi / pool (it’s all relative with children) took this experience to the next level of high end and serenity. Anita was the ideal host and responsive. She was always proactive with making sure we were ok.

The apartment is very cozy; the owner is very friendly and attentive with doubts and inquiries. I would book again!

Great place. Has all you need. Elio the host is always very helpful. I stayed here for the second time already. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Lima. Very safe place with many nice restaurants around. The appartment has all the commodities you need and with reliable fast internet. Will definitely come back here!

Had a great stay at Ana's place! Rarely, the actual place is better in real-life than listed photos. Ana's place is better than shown in pictures and better than a lot of the "luxurious" airBNB's in USA. Great location too, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants with ease. Felt safe & home the entire time here :) Ana was very helpful with local recommendations too. Would def stay here again!

Rafaella's house is really dreamy, very complete, there is everything, it doesn't let a single detail go by. It's a nice place to rest and spend a few relaxing days. I have to say that the cleanliness is A1 and Rafaella is an excellent host, always paying attention to everything

This stay was incredible. It’s one of those houses where it is actually better in person than the pictures and the pictures are incredible. Every room is spacious and there are a lot of sleeping options. The outside has so many activities and is great for big family get togethers. It truly was an incredible experience. Sonia was probably the best host I have ever had. She isn’t a worrier and trusts you to be an adult and take care of the house. She accommodated requests that were outside of the listing and was truly lovely as a person. She makes you feel like you are a VIP the whole time. I can’t recommend this house enough if you are looking for a fun family experience.

Sergio was great! He made adjustments to accommodate needs and assisted us throughout our time there. We stayed for a week and hosted a Quinceañera for our daughter and niece. This is a special place! The thoughtfulness, and quality of craftsmanship that artistically worked the wood, stone and adobe is quite amazing. Birds singing, beautiful greenery and water flowing around and through the stone walls, created a energy that must have been the dream fulfilled of the owner, creater. He happened to stop by and he mentioned that they spent six years building this place with craftsman from Urubamba. We loved having the the bungalows surrounding the courtyard area and the main kitchen. This made everything very accessible for meals and visiting. One bungalow that was built like a great room has a high sealing in the dining area , a fireplace and a huge family table. This created such a great spot to share our meals. Outside that bungalow is sweet firepit we enjoyed.

The house is very nice, just as you could see the photos, the clean spaces, the pool clean and cared for, everything was excellent during the stay. The communication with Rolando, who received us and helped us at all times, was pretty good and quick to help us with what we need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Punta Negra, a stunning luxury Airbnb located 5 minutes from downtown Punta Hermosa, and 40 minutes from Miraflores, Lima, Peru, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Stephan, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

The place is cozy, good vibes and energy. Mayu and Brayan are very good people who were attentive to our needs, they prepared us rich desserts. I highlight the beautiful fireplace that gives home warmth.
