We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Big comfy bed! 2min walk to the autobus metropolitano which gets you into the city centre very quickly. Lots of space and clean, has a small kitchen which is very handy. Good hot water. All round great value in a good location in Barranco. We had recently come back from trekking in the Cordillera Blanca and host let us dry our tent on the roof. Great stay!

As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Ximena was an excellent excellent host. She was extremely responsive, and when we had any issues she would resolve it within a day. When my wife had a knee injury, she helped us order a knee brace off mercado libre and it arrived within a day. The place itself is very nice, and its within a walking distance of some great restaurants. Its within a 10-15 minute uber of Barranco and San Isidro. We loved the place and would stay again

Great apartment in San Isidro. Very well located in a safe and quiet area. A short walk from supermarkets and restaurants on Av. 2 de Mayo in Lince and a few minutes walk or by Uber from restaurants in S. Isidro. The Olivar Park is a 10-minute walk away and fills your lungs with fresh air. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely quiet and with blackout curtains that facilitate total rest. Cleaning 2 days a week makes it much easier to make the most of your time when you're on business or vacation. To suggest an area for improvement, it should be noted that it does not have any Netflix-type platform preconfigured on the TVs, so you have to set up yours (assuming you have one).

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.
