We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Great apartment in San Isidro. Very good location in a safe and quiet area. A short walk to supermarkets and restaurants on Av. 2 de Mayo in Lince and a few minutes walking or uber from restaurants in S. Isidro. The olive grove park 10 min walk away fills your lungs with fresh air. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Extremely quiet and with black out curtains that make it easy to get in full rest. Cleaning 2 days a week makes it easy to use time when you're for work or holidays. To put an area for improvement, to say that it does not have any Netflix-like platform preconfigured on the TVs, so you have to set your own (assuming you have).

Nice cozy apartment in a super good area right next to parque Kennedy. I had a small problem checking in but it was resolved quickly. The apartment is nice and clean with a good view of the Avenida from the balcony. One really good thing about the place is that is has super good airflow, there's a constant breeze running through which is pretty much necessary if you're in lima during summer. There's two big tvs, full kitchen and the lobby staff is nice and helpful, the roof pool is also worth checking out. Ana Maria responds fairly quickly and worked to resolve any issue, for example in the listing it said that there was washer/dryer access and I later learned that it was no longer available at that building so she gave me a number for a service that does your laundry for you and delivers it to you when finished. Would definitely stay here again.

Álvaro is a professional and everything is structured with a fantastic system that allows the guest to feel confident in the system he presents , very attentive and would recommend it to everyone .

The apartment was impeccable, comfortable, clean, a quiet and safe area, the host always attentive, there was everything essential for cooking and cleaning in addition to the washing area, the only thing I can limit is the room where the bunk is there is a window that is from end to end where at dawn all the light of the day could be corrected with curtains but the rest everything impeccable and excellent attention, surely come back.
