Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

Dans villa 200 m d'altitude avec piscine chauffée : petit bungalow indépendant dans jardin (chambre parentale, lit double, salle d'eau, cuisine ext.). Accès partagé à une terrasse couverte avec une grande table, au jardin et à la piscine. Nous avons dans le jardin un chien charmant. Il y a un supplément de 6€ par nuit si vous êtes 2. Located overlooking the city of St Denis, 15 min by car from the airport, 3 min walk from the cable car terminus, this cozy apartment (T2 of 40m² + 12m² of outdoor area) will be your ideal base from which to explore the island. Climb the few bends to reach the apartment and come and enjoy its cozy terrace as well as its magnificent panoramic ocean view. A vacation as if you were really at home but at the end of the world!

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

New, comfortable, very bright and very well equipped bungalow with an amazing sea view. It is on a private estate and secured by a gate. The center, shops and restaurants are at the bottom of the street. The beach where swimming is monitored and secured by nets is 700 meters away. All is in walking distance. To preserve your privacy, the accommodation is built on a private part of our land with an access gate.

LE CLOS DE VAL – BUNGALOW WITH HEATED POOL – SEA VIEW

Claude and Valérie will be happy to welcome you to Clos de Val, in a nice, very bright, totally independent 28 m² studio-type bungalow with a beautiful sea view. Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
