Studio indépendant de 27 m2 situé dans un parc arboré et paisible. Nous tenons a préciser que la chambre est en Mezzanine avec un accès escalier assez pentu (voir photo ci jointe). Possibilité de se promener autour d'un vaste étang ou nous mettons une barque à disposition pour un moment de détente au calme sur l'eau. A 3 min en voiture de Beaulieu sous la Roche (boulangerie, supérette...), 25 min des Sables d'Olonne et de ses plages, environ 20 minutes de la Roche sur Yon et 1h du Puy du fou
