Studio with mezzanine

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a peaceful park with trees. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility to walk around a large pond or we provide a boat for a quiet relaxing time on the water. 3 min drive from Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min from Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and access to the GR path at the doors of the studio
