Studio indépendant de 27 m2 situé dans un parc arboré et paisible. Nous tenons a préciser que la chambre est en Mezzanine avec un accès escalier assez pentu (voir photo ci jointe). Possibilité de se promener autour d'un vaste étang ou nous mettons une barque à disposition pour un moment de détente au calme sur l'eau. A 3 min en voiture de Beaulieu sous la Roche (boulangerie, supérette...), 25 min des Sables d'Olonne et de ses plages, environ 20 minutes de la Roche sur Yon et 1h du Puy du fou

Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

The house is located in the centre of Landeronde with free parking at 10 m and shops on foot. We are 20 minutes from the first beach of Les Sables d 'olonne and 10 minutes from La Roche sur Yon, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. A rare pearl in the heart of Vendée.
