Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Gîte charmant, classé 3 étoiles, au calme de la campagne et à proximité de la mer (à 13 km des Sables). Logement récent, indépendant (accès privé), attenant à l'habitation des propriétaires. Vous disposerez d'une terrasse et d'un jardin privé. Vous aurez à votre disposition une piscine couverte et chauffée (ouverte du 01/05 au 01/10). Le gîte possède une chambre avec un lit double (possibilité lit bébé). La cuisine est bien équipée avec un coin repas et un canapé convertible.

Property not overlooked facing south, the Petite Foiserie is in the countryside and 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne. Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
