This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

The house has been awarded by various architectural newspapers in the 1990s. The unique pool studio "Agua" is round and fits great with the organic style of the rest of the house. From the bright maritime furnished room, it's just a few steps to the large swimming pool. Right next to the studio is the sauna. The studio has a small kitchenette and cozy sitting area, a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

It consists of a 40 m² light-flooded large living-dining and cooking area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the unique desert landscape. A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables overlooking the Atlantic Ocean ensures a feel-good factor A bathroom with window shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet.
