It has a private bathroom with a hot shower (gas water heater). There's sunlight in the bedroom in the morning and in the living room in the afternoon. It has some indoor plants. You have your own entrance and private patio, without street noise. Our house has an alarm system, and you can lock the apartment with a metal gate.
