Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Sublime duplex 75m² Villa Saint Laurent

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Gite in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) that can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
