Welcome to my apartment. A studio for 4 people, located in a residential complex with a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and squash court (open 6 days a week, closed on Saturdays) Plagne 1800, located close to shops and the ski slopes. Access to the slopes in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment includes a ski locker, a balcony and all the necessary equipment to live there peacefully (I live there for 2 months a year). In the summer, there is a tennis court. The swimming pool is located on the other side of the road.

Cleaning included at the end of the stay, PLAGNE VILLAGE, quiet ground-floor studio, equipped for 4 people (raclette and crêpe maker, Tassimo and coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher), quiet residence, sunny south/west-facing balcony Bathroom (bath and toilet) Duvets and pillows are available. At the foot of the residence restaurant convenience store, bar, sport 2000 ESF . Free Telebus shuttle bus parking. (Linen not provided; rental available on request) Animals not allowed No smoking

Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries!
