It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums and Terrabotanica are just a few minutes away by car. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Between Louet and Loire, a cabin hut

Escape on our skidbladnir canoe along the Loire near Angers. Come and spend an unforgettable time in a unique setting surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. In winter, a stove is available for your comfort. The table can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The skidbladner is moored to my property where you can park. To get on board, simply access it via the footbridge (please note that access may be difficult depending on the level of the Loire

The Little House in Savennières

Old house completely renovated in the heart of a small city of character on the banks of the Loire in a region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cottage is classified 1 star. Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

La Petite Odile – Cozy Loire apartment

Welcome to the gates of Angers, on the banks of the Loire. Take the small alley that will lead you to the calm of our apartment. Warm and welcoming, it has been tastefully and carefully furnished. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
