It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums and Terrabotanica are just a few minutes away by car. Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

Fullness

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Your little four-legged friend is welcome. Please note the garden is not enclosed! I look forward to welcoming you.

Welcome to the gates of Angers, on the banks of the Loire. Take the small alley that will lead you to the calm of our apartment. Warm and welcoming, it has been tastefully and carefully furnished. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

Charming Studio 18 m2 near train station/UCO

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

Come and discover a small ideal place to have a good time at the gates of Angers in the countryside with all amenities. In the countryside, in an old farm, surrounded by meadows without close neighbors, 5 km from the Loire by bike (Bouchemaine) and 2.5 km from a supermarket and village with all shops. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.
