It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. The bright and sunny "Zenitude" gîte welcomes you at the gates of Angers, close to all shops. Come and enjoy a particularly pleasant environment near the Maine (150 m) to rest or go hiking or biking. The gîte is located on the Loire à Vélo (Loire by Bike) path. This single-story cottage offers you a living room of 25 m2 with a fitted kitchen and living area. One bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. We look forward to hosting you!

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Welcome to the gates of Angers, on the banks of the Loire. Take the small alley that will lead you to the calm of our apartment. Warm and welcoming, it has been tastefully and carefully furnished. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
